Teacher Appreciation Week
We are so excited to celebrate our beloved staff during Teacher Appreciation Week! This year Teacher Appreciation Week is May 6 - May 10th. We need your help, and we have something for all of you to do at your convenience. This week can not happen without your generosity of both time and supplies. Our staff deserves the world, and it is our honor to treat them to a special week thanks to our amazing families in SOCSD! Calling for Volunteers & Donations!
For those of you who would love an opportunity to volunteer in the school building, please sign up for a set up crew or a clean up crew. Not going to make it in person? No worries! You can send supplies for one or multiple days, whatever you are comfortable with. You can drop off any of the items for the staff appreciation at the main office and send the thank you note and supplies in your child's backpack. Thank you!
Send a Thank You Note
One of the most meaningful gifts a teacher can receive is a note of appreciation from their students and their families. We are asking the students to write a card or draw a picture to tell your teacher Thanks a Latte! Be sure to send in your cards by Friday, May 10th.
